Restrictions on Use
This site is owned and operated by the Cambodian Genocide Program. It contains material which is derived in whole or in part from a wide variety of sources. This text, photo, graphic, audio and/or video material is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may download material from this site for your personal, non-commercial use only, provided you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices.

Termination 
This agreement is effective until terminated by the Cambodian Genocide Program, at any time without notice. In the event of termination, you are no longer authorized to access the Cambodian Genocide Database and the restrictions imposed on you with respect to material downloaded from this Web site, the disclaimers and limitations of liabilities set forth in this agreement, shall survive. 

Other 
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut without giving effect to any principles or conflicts of law. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
