ទីវ អុល បានចូលជាខ្មែរសេរី ឆ្នាំ១៩៥៧ ចាត់តាំងដោយ ឈូក ម៉េង ម៉ៅ ឆេង ផុន និង កុយ ធួន ។ ទីវ អុល ចូលជា សេអ៊ីអា ឆ្នាំ១៩៦១ បានបង្កើនកំលាំង សេអ៊ីអា តាមសិស្ស និង គ្រូបង្រៀន។ឆ្នាំ១៩៧០បានបង្កប់ក្នុងបដិវត្តន៍ទំនាក់ទំនងជាមួយខ្សែឃួន ធ្វើជាអ្នកអប់រំមហាជនភាគឧត្តរ។ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ បានបើកវគ្គអប់រំនៅភាគបូព៌ា២ដង។ ក្នុងសកម្មភាពគឺ ទីវ អុល ឆ្លៀតឪកាសពេលបើកវគ្គអប់រំបានបញ្ចូលការអប់រំអោយទៅជាសេអ៊ីអា និង ធ្វើការទំនាក់ទនងខ្សែរក្បត់បូព៌ា ។

Tiv Ol [allegedly] joined the Free Khmer in 1957. [Ol] was assigned by comrades Chhouk, Meng, Mao, Chheng, Phon, Koy, Thoun. [Tiv Ol] joined the CIA in 1961, built up CIA forces among students and teachers, and in 1970 infiltrated the revolution, contacted Khuon's network to be trainer to educate the mass in the Northern Zone. In 1973, [Tiv Ol] held educational training twice in the Eastern Zone. During the training, [Tiv Ol] used the opportunity to educate people to be CIA and to make contact with traitorous networks in the Eastern Zone.
